There are 3 rounds in syntel:

1.Written test paper with eassy writting
2.HR
3.Technical interview

Part I

I.In Written test paper Toatl 50 questions AND Duration : 45 mins

Q1 to Q5 Based on Analogies Type

Example 1. Hourse : Mare :: Husband:?
Example 2.Doctor : treatment :: advocate:?

Q6 to Q10 Based on Puzzles

Q11 to Q20 Based on Coding & Encoding

Q21 to Q30 Based on Aptitude

Example 1. Questions Based on Time and Distance
Example 2. Questions Based on Time and Work

Q31 to Q30 Based on Reasoning

Part II

Q41 to Q50 Based on Verbal

Example 1. Fill in the blanks
Example 2. Antonyms and Synonyms

There will One Essay Writing On Any Topic

There will be negative marks also in each individual sections

    our syntel on-line test is conducted on Jan 9(today)
    totally there are 45 questions which consists of logical reasoning,number series,English,coding and decoding there is no aptitude

    online test u will hav obly logical n english
    45 questions n 45 mins
    damn easy its based on yo luck
    some ppl got big paragraph ques
    some got single line ques.....
    results not announsed still we r waitng for tat
