General suggestions while preparing seminar report:
1 Every page should be same page setup values, Page setup values are left side width, right side width, top and bottom
Top-2.54cms
Bottom-2.54 cms
Left-3.17cms
Right-2.75cms
2 Every page must be left and right justified.
3 give the figures and tables numbers For example Fig i and Table j
4 don't give unnecessary spaces in the page.
5 put concentration while you are preparing the report.
